ALTO is pleased to welcome three new members to the ALTO community, including Genki & Japanese Culture School, International House World Organisation, and Praktikawelten GmbH.
Genki Japanese and Culture School is a communicational Japanese language school that offers short-term study abroad courses and learning Japanese language and culture in a relaxed and friendly environment. Established in 2004, GenkiJACS brings a new linguistic approach to learning Japanese, based on practical skills both inside and outside of the classroom. Classes are very small groups, all teachers speak both Japanese and English, and we offer a variety of interesting courses, including traditional and pop culture. Class content and teaching style are focused mainly on the needs of Western students, unlike most other Japanese language schools. GenkiJACS is only the 3rd Japanese school ever admitted to the International Association of Language Centres, and was shortlisted as one of the top 5 language schools in the world in 2009. All teachers are graduates of a 420-hour teacher training courses and teach to extremely high standards. Our facilities are modern, with full air-conditioned classrooms, broadband PCs for student use, audio-visual aids and more. We also offer a full program of student social activities, including tourism, meeting locals, parties and more.
