Copy of your organisation’s Charter (constitution, by-laws, or articles of association)
Copy of your organisation’s most recent audited annual accounts (included balance sheet and profit & loss statement, with all supporting appendices)

ALTO requires that all applicants must be recommended for membership by two existing Full Members of ALTO.

WYSE Travel Confederation Membership is required for this category Not sure which membership category you fit? Here are the descriptions of membership categories within ALTO. ALTO has three categories of Membership:
Full Membership is for language travel agencies and schools engaged in sending and/or receiving students for "in country" language courses. Full Members of ALTO must be members of WYSE Travel Confederation. Each Full Member organisation has one vote at the Annual General Meeting
Associate Non-Trading Membership is for organisations such as language teachers' associations, trade associations, official recognition bodies, and accreditation agencies. This category is non-voting and does not require WYSE Travel Confederation membership.
AssociateTrading Membership is for domestic language schools, language course providers, publishers, and other organisations that supply auxiliary services to language travel agencies, operators, and schools. This category is non-voting and requires membership in WYSE Travel Confederation.
