The Association of Language Travel Organisations (ALTO) has run their second annual data collection project calling educational agencies and language course providers worldwide to participate in a benchmarking survey developed by ALTO and well known accounting firm Deloitte.
The main aim of the benchmarking project is to enable language travel organisations to measure their results both against previous years and also to other organisations from the same and other markets. Further, the Board also hopes that a comprehensive benchmarking report might attract more investors into the industry and increase the profile of the language travel industry within the global economy.
The executive summary of the benchmarking report contains highlights of the survey findings. The country specific analysis is only available to ALTO members and those organisations that contributed to the report by completing the questionnaire.
