Developing the Leaders of Tomorrow is one of ALTO's main aims and objective and we're excited to launch this professional development series for the Mid-managers of our member organisations. ALTO's ultimate aim is to raise the international profile of the language travel industry within the global economy. We feel that we can help our member organisations to thrive and grow through the professional development we provide to their leaders and now to their key staff members in managerial positions.   

Paul O'Kelly delivered an impressive keynote to ALTO members on leadership strategies last year in London. Because of the abundance of practical tools and useful tips he shared at this seminar we thought that he would be a fantastic first keynote speaker to launch our Developing the Leaders of Tomorrow project.

This workshop will show you how to create a high performing team, with attitudes and behaviours that will consistently achieve its full potential. 

Paul has deep experience around the world working with companies developing happy, high performing managers and mid-management teams.

Successful companies find ways to unleash the potential of middle management and emerging leaders. Sometimes unleashing potential, giving people the opportunity to do their best possible in a role is about removing inhibitors.

Some of the questions he addresses in the workshop are:
How do I do a great job when my boss just won’t listen to me?”
“What can I do to bring real success when some of the people on my team are not dedicated?”
“We are afraid to tackle the real problems, how can I raise these issues without getting fired?”
“One of team has lots of potential, he just lacks confidence, what can I do to help him?”
